He is good as a doctor, but he does a lot of procedures without specifying a fee, and then makes abnormal bills. To avoid any surprises, ask for the price of the transactions he will make before he gives his approval.

It's not even remotely related to medicine..weak information. Also, don't expect anything in terms of surgical operation. Stay away, prefer more professional physicians.
