Başlangıçta imaretlerde; şehir dışından gelenlere, yolculara, yoksul ve düşkünlere yiyecek, sağlık ve giyecek yardımı yapılırdı. Sonraları ise imaretler sadece yemek verilen yerlere dönüşmüşlerdir. Gunumuzde ise sadece cami olarak kullanilmaktadir.
Imaret or imarethane, charitable institutions created to help the poor during the Ottoman Empire. In the beginning, in imarets; Food, health and clothing aid was given to those who came from outside the city, travelers, the poor and the needy. Later, soup kitchens turned into places where only meals were served. Today, it is used only as a mosque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cami avlu duvarı yıkılmış, avlu giriş kapısı yalnız kaldığından bahçede zafer takı gibi duruyor. Çevre duvarına kapıya açılacak neden merdiven yapılmamış anlamak mümkün değil. Mihrap orijinal değil, camiye hiç uyumlu değil. Mihrap yan duvarlarda o saçma karo döşeme nedir Allah aşkına? Tam bir fecaat. İçeride CAMİİ tezyin ve süslemeleri ya sökülmüş ya da çalınmış. Avluda İbrahim Bey kümbeti mezar girişi açık bırakılmış. Doğru bir uygulama değil. Kümbet üstündeki leylek yuvası akılda kalıcı. Herşeye rağmen gelip görülmeli tarihe sahip çıkılmalı.
The courtyard wall of the mosque has been demolished, and the courtyard entrance door is left alone, so it looks like a triumphal arch in the garden. It is not possible to understand why there are no stairs to be opened on the perimeter door. The mihrab is not original, it is not compatible with the mosque at all. What is that ridiculous tile flooring on the altar side walls for God's sake? A complete disaster. Inside, mosque decoration and decorations are either dismantled or stolen. The tomb entrance to the tomb of İbrahim Bey was left open in the courtyard. It's not a good practice. The stork nest on the vault is catchy. Despite everything, the history must be seen and protected.
