SÖKE İLYAS BEY CAMİSİ;
Söke’nin merkezinde olan bu caminin yapım tarihi belli değildir. Söke Mütesellimi İlyaszade İlyas Ağa tarafından 1821 yılında yeni baştan yaptırılmıştır.
Kesme taş ve tuğla karışımı bir işçilik gösteren cami kare planlıdır. Son cemaat yeri üç yuvarlak sütun ve bunları birbirine bağlayan sivri kemerler üzerine küçük kubbelerle örtülmüştür.
İlyas Bey Mosque (Kocacami)
SÖKE İLYAS BEY MOSQUE;
The construction date of this mosque, which is in the center of Söke, is unknown. It was rebuilt by Söke Mütesellimi İlyaszade İlyas Ağa in 1821.
The mosque, which shows a mixture of cut stone and brick, is square planned. The narthex is covered with small domes on three round columns and pointed arches connecting them.

Bu sebeptendir ki Balat’ta bulunan İlyas Bey Külliyesi içerisindeki cami ile ekseriyetle karıştırılır. Harika bir dönem yapısıdır. Çeşitli tahribatlara uğramış olsa da nadide bir eserdir
Its real name is İlyas Ağa Mosque. It is also known as the Big Mosque. Although it is a wrong use, it is now accepted as İlyas Bey Mosque. For this reason, it is often confused with the mosque in the İlyas Bey Kulliye in Balat. It is a wonderful period building. Although it has suffered various damages, it is a rare work.
