Fakat aylardır temizlik görmemiş. Camlar örümcek ağı, halılar tozlu böyle güzel bir tarih neden kaderine terkedilmiş anlamadım.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milet antik kenti ve özellikle de müzesini gezerken uzaktan kendini kubbesiyle hemen farkettiren isabey camii ve külliyesi gerçekten Söke ovasının ortasında tekbaşına duran bir islam eseri, Milet antik kentinin bir parçası gibi duran. Müzenin yolundan 200m kadar bozuk bir yola girip varıyorsunuz, otopark yok ve zeytinlerin arasına parkediyorsunuz. Gercekten Osmanlı öncesi beylikler dönemine ait en önemli eserlerden.

Bunda cumhuriyetin ilk yıllarında geçirmiş olduğu tahmin edilen restorasyonun etkisi büyük. Lakin yapının şu anki durumu fena. Mevcutu dondurup onarmadan koruma anlayışının ne kadar sorunlu olduğunu da gösteriyor.
It is one of the rare works that have survived until today as a rich cultural heritage structure in Miletus. The effect of the restoration, which is estimated to have gone through in the first years of the republic, is great. But the current state of the building is bad.
