I have nothing to say to the ladies who work and take measurements. I would like to thank all of them, especially Esra (Demir). THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE COMPANY'S SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND MASTER! We bought a dress worth 1600 TL for my wife, measurements were taken for alterations, we went to buy it, it was not made. Anyway, we sent it back and it was done in a few days. We bought a dress for 3 thousand-odd TL for my mother. There was a problem on one side and the skirt was long, we returned it to be measured, MASTER DID NOT MAKE IT. The senior management has taken a decision and there is no modification on the products purchased from the internet. My advice is do not buy over the internet, they categorized the repair of the defective dress as MODIFICATION and sold the defective goods for 3 thousand-odd TL. There was no time to exchange or return, because the wedding day had arrived. A good company is not only built with the PRODUCT, but AFTER SALES is just as important.
