★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Havuz kültürü olmayan insanlar bağıra çağıra havuzdalar. Havuza atlayan mı istersin ,duş almadan giren mi istersin. Başlarında havuzcu da yok. Havuza yakın olan evler taciz altında. Buna bir çözüm bulunması lazım.
People who do not have a pool culture are in the pool shouting. Do you want to jump into the pool, do you want to enter without taking a shower? They don't even have a pool manager. Houses close to the pool are under harassment. There has to be a solution to this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bugun eşimin ailesi için villa bakmaya gittik. 2023 haziran ayında teslim edeceklerini vaad ettikleri projelerinden ev almak için görüşme sağladık.. Kendimizde sektörün içinde faaliyet yürüten tüzel kişilik sahibi bir aile olduğumuz için 2023 de biticek ve suan proje ön onay sürecinde olan evleri için pazarlık yapmak istedik.. bizler müşteri olarak tabiki kafamızdaki soru işaretlerini dile getirdik.. mevcut biten ve inşaası devam eden projeler gerek kalitesi gerekse yerleşimi ile muhteşem gerçekten güzel beğendik.. ancak satış müdürü olduğunu beyan eden eden Nesrin hanımın inanılmaz tahammülsüz alaycı ve üstten davranışları cebimizde paramız olmasına rağmen almamamızı sağladı.. öncelikle bizlere renderlar üzerinden sunum yaptı sunumda yanmdaki arkadaşımla ilgili konuda yorum yaptık diye bir tersledi.. sonrasında 60 yaşında babamın sorduğu bir soru üzerine babam anlaşamadık dedi kendisi resmen kavga eder gibi tavırlarıyla bizi usandırdı sonrasında da çay içmeyi teklif etti örnek villanın bahçesinde çay içerken expertiz konusu üzerinden resmen tartışma çıkardı. kendisine neden gergin olduğunu sormak zorunda kaldık.. kendisi resmen sitenin sahibi gibi davranarak küçümser tavırlarla usandırdı almaktan malesef vaz geçtik.. kendisinin müşteriye karşı daha tammüllü olmasını beklerdik.. site güzel evler güzel işçilik güzel yatırım güzel ancak Nesrin hanım out.. bizler de sektörde olduğumuzu ( müteahhit olmamıza ve mühendis olmamıza rağmen) alaycı tavırları son bulmadı.. gidn alın güle güle oturun ancak Nesrin hanımla müşteri adaylarına allah sabırlar niyaz etsin saygılar..
Today we went to look for a villa for my wife's family. We had a meeting to buy a house from their project that they promised to deliver in June 2023. Since we are a family with legal personality operating in the sector, we wanted to negotiate for the houses that will be finished in 2023 and the project is currently in the pre-approval process.. Of course, we, as customers, are the question in our mind. We expressed the signs.. The projects that are currently completed and under construction are magnificent, both in terms of quality and placement, we really liked them.. However, the incredibly intolerant, sarcastic and superior behavior of Nesrin, who declared that she is the sales manager, made us not buy it even though we had money in our pocket. He made a presentation in the presentation, he snapped, saying that we made a comment about my friend next to me. Then, upon a question my 60-year-old father asked, my father said that we could not come to an agreement. He made us tired with his attitude as if he was fighting, and then he offered to have tea while drinking tea in the garden of the sample villa, the subject of expertise is upsetting. It officially sparked controversy. We had to ask him why he was nervous.. Unfortunately, we gave up on him by acting like the owner of the site and making us feel condescending. Their cynical attitude did not end (even though we are contractors and engineers).

Résidence très haut gamme avec beaucoup charme et de qualité, les villas sont de très bon standing, l'association de goût et d'authenticité avec ses oliviers planter de partout ! Offre une réel sensations de bien être.
A noter non loin les hôteliers de soins thermal fessant de cette endroit un lieu unique !
Very nice quiet place (mounting on one side and sea on the other)
Very high-end residence with a lot of charm and quality, the villas are of very good standard, the association of taste and authenticity with its olive trees planted everywhere! Offers a real feeling of well-being.
To note not far the hoteliers of thermal treatments making this place a unique place!
