On 20.08.2021, they called at 16:45 for my vehicle that I left at 08:30 in the morning and asked if it would be a problem if we delivered your vehicle at around 11 the next day. They kept my vehicle, which was necessary for the whole day due to my job, from 08:30 in the morning to 17:00 in the evening, without any action. When I came to the service and showed my attitude, they took care of all the transactions in just 12 minutes. Also, we started to your vehicle without shame, they can tell lies like if we deliver at 11 tomorrow without getting bored. In addition, this is not the first problem I have experienced in this service, there are many more problems and I will write them one by one. Since the lowest rating is 1 star, I have to give it, otherwise it is absolutely zero. If you value your vehicle a little, the choice is yours, live it and experience it yourself!

I made an appointment for the service 1 week in advance. On the day of the appointment, I went to the service in the morning. While the Service Registration staff was helping the gentleman to open the vehicle registration (I would like to express my gratitude to him), the service officer, the master gentleman, looked inside the hood out of the corner of his eye and told me to come later, in the corner of his eye, saying that I should open the hood in front of the door, even before the car was taken into the service repair shop. After traveling 120 km, taking the appointment days before and waiting, the master gentleman would look at it when he was in a good mood. Instead of going here, go to industrial repair shops. I already suffered from auto industries, and I saw that the authorized service was worse than the industry. For this reason, I do not recommend it for vehicle maintenance and repair.
