Resmini atıp durumu firmaya ilettigimde yetkili kişi "bizim ürünümüzde sıkıntı yok sizin buzdolabı yeterince soğutmuyordur" diyecek kadar küçülebildi. Bu durumu yorum olarak yazmayacaktim ancak firma tavrı beni oldukça rahatsız etti. Bu firmayı kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Ürününün arkasinda durmuyor büyük ihtimalle sıkıntı yaşayacaksınız.
On February 5, 2022, I ordered butter and 1 kg of roasting. After 1 month, the roast started to mold. When I sent a picture of it and conveyed the situation to the company, the authorized person was able to shrink enough to say "There is no problem with our product, your refrigerator is not cooling enough". I wasn't going to write this as a comment, but the company's attitude made me very uncomfortable. I definitely do not recommend this company. If they don't stand behind their product, you'll most likely have problems.
