We gave the product to be repaired, but they did not send it to the manufacturer, they or a contracted company made laser welding and deformed the product. Since I did not accept the product, it was declared to the manufacturer that it would be sent to the manufacturer under the name of "maintenance to the company" in order to remove the blackness of the source area and it would be delivered within 10 working days. They acted as if I had asked the company to take care of the product under warranty. Even after 3 weeks today, I have not received any information. The product was not found in my house until the day it was in the service. Moreover, not to mention the fact that they try to repair and deform rather than the manufacturer. I started the necessary actions for my existing rights according to the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502. Of course, you can get your rights, but unfortunately, such companies like to be fed with a policy of intimidation.
