Our doctors, who followed my mother there, stated that my mother was taken care of in the best way, from her personal care to her social environment, to the rooms they slept in, with a clean, friendly and professional team that knew their job. I called every day in my mom's early days. My phone was always turned on, my video call request was never refused, which is an indication of how transparent they are for me. Since I am very peaceful, I now call 3 times a week and sometimes I look at them. They send a photo or video of my mother. This peace is indescribable. When my desire to see my mother becomes an irrepressible need, Ms. Ezgi ensures that I can meet with all the precautions taken. And every time I see my mother, my mother is clean, peaceful and every employee who brings my mother is aware of the importance of her job.
