We rented 3 cars 10 days ago. Thank you, Mr. Ergun helped us. We rented 3 vehicles for 3 days. We agreed to pay for 2 vehicles in advance and to pay for 1 vehicle at the time of delivery. We called Ergün the next day for the 2 vehicles, for which we paid in advance for three days, and told him that we would deliver the 2 vehicles on the second day (48 hours later). Therefore, since we used 2 vehicles for 2 days, we requested a refund of the payment made for the third day (725 TL). Mr. Ergün stated that they will evaluate the situation and talk to the company, but it is not possible because it is a corporate company and the payment is also reflected in the system. No refund could be given to us. As a result, we used 2 vehicles for 2 days and paid for 3 days in advance and we could not get a refund. We also paid for the only vehicle we used for 3 days while delivering the vehicle. I'm not commenting to denigrate the company and leave Mr. Ergün in a difficult situation, but we went through the process in this way and I wanted to share it. Regards ?
