Great alternative to some of the pricier restaurants in Akmerkez. The service and the quality of the food is quite good as well

So this experience was interesting as I came with a friend. The staff were very courteous. We were immediately seated. As soon as we were seated, my friend requested a Vanilla Soufflé to be brought before he ordered. The server came shortly to bring us a menu. Though they brought us a physical copy of the Turkish menu, the English menu was available through a QR code. I ordered an Apple Cinnamon tea and Mozzarella Sticks (I specifically ordered it without yogurt). My friend on the other hand ordered a Quinoa Kofte with fresh orange juice. When my order came, we began to inquire about where the soufflé was and how long it takes to come. I looked at my Mozzarella Sticks and noticed something white on the plate. When I tasted it, I noticed it was yogurt. I immediately sent it back, reminding them about my request. What was brought to me was the same sticks on a new plate w/ the yogurt. As for my friend, he enjoyed the kofte. The side salad that came with it was refreshing. Though there still was no sign of the soufflé by the time he was finished. The staff brought over someone higher in command to express their regret over what had happened and offered some tea as a means of compensation. As we were near the end of the meal we did not the tea, but appreciated the gesture. Shortly after, the meal was finished and the plates were taken away. I had asked for the bill 2x, yet nothing seemed to be happening. 2 glasses of Turkish tea arrived on the table w/o our request and we were informed that the soufflé would be arriving in a few minutes. After waiting, it finally came. It was very nice and refreshing. Once it was completed we requested for the bill again, so that we could leave. The overall experience of the restaurant was ‘ok’ at best. The food was quality, yet the mismanagement of service is a concern.
