It was mentioned as a place of praise. But I ate my worst kebab. It doesn't make much sense to go far to distance for this flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eski kaliteli ürünleri pek yok,giderek ucuza kaçılsın diye kaliteden ödün vermeye başladı.Personeller kendi hallerinde pek karışan eden yok,kabin tarafı kaos zaten...Ayrıca içerde personel dahil kimsede maske yok,mesafe yok,giren müşterileri uyaran yok,havasız ve kötü kokan bir ortam...Kısacası Patron başta yok,kasada kızlar kendilerine,temizliğe,titizliğe,düzene,disipline,otoriteye önem veren bir müdür yönetici lazım.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İklim mağazası ilk açıldığı günden itibaren hızla aşağı düşen bir ivmesi var. Oysa gerçekten ucuz ve çeşiti bol olan bir mağaza. Öğrenciler için çok değerli bir yer olduğunu düşünüyorum. Fakat, çalışanlar güler yüzlü değil. Asık suratlı. Ya telefonla ilgileniyorlar yada bir araya gelip birlerini çekiştiriyorlar. Bir ürün ile ilgili yardım isteyince de gerçekten zoraki yardım ediyorlar. Nasıl olsa iş yeri işliyor gelen gelir zihniyeti ile yapılıyorsa nereye kadar gideceği belli olmaz. Mağaza sahibi mutlaka çalışanlarını ikaz etmeli. Veya bu işte kendini yetiştirmiş deneyimli elemanlar ile çalışmalı diye düşünüyorum.

And when they ask for help with a product, they are really forced to help. Anyway, if the workplace works with the incoming income mentality, it is not clear where it will go. The store owner should definitely warn their employees. Or I think he should work with experienced staff who have trained himself in this business.
