Kadim bir başkent olan Konya'da günümüze kadar gelebilmiş eseri ''Nasıl rezil bir hale getirebiliriz?''in canlı örneği. 1961'de koruma amaçlı yapılan beton şemsiye basit olmasına rağmen nitelikli ve amacına uygundu hatta şehrin sembolik siluetlerinin bile arasına girmişti. Şimdiki hali ise gerçekten harcanan yaklaşık 4 milyon TL nin nasıl israf edildiğinin kanıtı.
A restoration disaster. A living example of "How can we make a disgrace?" A work that has survived to the present day in Konya, an ancient capital. The concrete umbrella, which was built in 1961 for protection purposes, was qualified and suitable for its purpose, even though it was simple, and even entered the symbolic silhouettes of the city. The current version is proof of how nearly 4 million TL actually spent was wasted.

When I first saw it years ago, the work, which had a historical appearance with its concrete umbrella made for protection in the sixties, lost its historical texture after the restoration.

It's full of history and not finished yet. As you can see in the pictures, Under Construction. This park was before the residence of the King. You can find here a mosque and his mausoleum. With many ancestors under construction. U have no background information if they were put all together or laying here since ever?!
I guess who wants to know it will find out easily. the park is very nice and cools down the heat in summer. Many chilling young people and a secret meeting point for young lovers. ♥
