Staff can't speak English, not a problem, but they can't even try to help. Very rude when they can't understand you. Beach is very crowded, not a problem, but also not clean. Pool is very crowded and I felt like it contained over than the allowed number of people.

Great location and value for money ; they need to improve the service level and to clean their beaches. Overall , the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

Armutlu is a low budget place to spend vacation. With this in mind I have few things which should be done better anyway. First there is no English speaking personal. This causes all different problems. I thought, maybe they are focusing only Turkish people, but their website is also (almost) available in English, so that is not the case. Second, there is no minimum dress level set. At least half of the mixed beach should be declared as halal. Third, it can happen that you run out of credit for electricity. Although it is flat included, maybe you will have to go to reception to recharge it. Yes, fridge also stops working. Forth, there is no wifi. Yes, restaurant area is covered with some slow wifi, but the rest of the place, flats, parks... not. The sea was dirty most of the days (out of 10), but there is less that can be done. On the other side, there are lots of positive things. Prices are relatively affordable, and now include two persons breakfast and pool entry for all the days of your stay. Huge part of the beach is covered with trees which give perfect shade for the hot periods of day. Staff if very very friendly. There are outdoor and indoor children playgrounds, nicely decorated walking areas, separate beach for women... All in all, it is a nice place to spend vacation with family and friends, but beware of missing things.

The service is under. The beach is dirty. The appartment was clean and prepared somewhat. My kids liked Aqua park . The women beach is not so secured

Nice place for short term vacation. All things are extra and a little bit expensive. If you do meals yourself, there is no more expenses. But at that time there is no means as vacation. There is no more attractive at all every time same program. It is need to be add more and change attractions.

I was with my family in June, the parks are beautifully decorated, the staff is kind, but it's really difficulty that no one speaks English Also the problem with seawater, my brother got serious skin inflammation It was said we'd have wi-fi, but none of it The Aqua pool is really crowded, the water is too salty. The other things are okay, the man really feels safe with his family I think these things can be fixed and improved for future visits
