Daha 10 dakikanın içinde iade etmek istediğim ürünü önce muhasebe kapandı bugün olmaz yarın gel diyerek, daha sonra herhangi bir İGS mağazasından iade edebileceğimi ağızlarıyla söylemelerine rağmen öyle bir şey yok nerden aldıysanız oraya diyip bana yalancı muamelesi yapılarak arayıp öyle bir şey denmemiş diyen, üç kuruşluk paranın peşinde olan bir firma. Bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğim kesin. Allah ıslah etsin işi yokuşa sürmekte üstünüze yok. Biraz trendyolu, bimi örnek alın kurumsallıkta. Müşteri memnuniyeti diye bir şey var duymuş olun en azından.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30.10.2021 tarihinde saat 16:50 - 16:58 arası ankamall avm 2.kat da bulunan igs mağazasına gömlek almaya gittim. Şahsım ankamall avm de çalışmakta ve gögsümde çalıştığım firmanın yaka kartı bulunmaktaydı, içeri giriş yaptım 3 personel karşıladı beni gömlek alacagımı yardımcı olmalarını söyledigimde 3 üdü bir birine bakıyor ama ne yardıma gelen nede yrdımcı olan vardı. Bende kendim araya araya sonunda buldum gömlekleri ve aldım. Demem o ki şu krizde o kişilere boş yere para vermeyin yaptıkları bi iş zaten yok. Paramızla rezil oluyoruz. Babasının hayrına gömlekleri vermedi kimse bu ne sorumsuz ne terbiyesiz bi davranış. İgs de çalışanların böyle sorumsuz olduğunu bilmezdim. Dahada igs ye adım atmam alışverişde yapmam. Paramda hakkımda zehir zıkkım olsun.
On 30.10.2021, between 16:50 and 16:58, I went to the igs store on the 2nd floor of ankamall mall to buy a shirt. I personally work in Ankamall mall and I had the badge of the company I worked on on my chest. When I checked in, 3 staff members greeted me when I told them I was going to buy a shirt to help me, all three of them looked at each other, but there was no help or help. I put together myself and finally found the shirts and bought them. I mean, in this crisis, don't give money to those people for nothing, they don't have a job anyway. We are disgraceful with our money. Nobody gave the shirts for his father's sake, this is neither irresponsible nor rude. I didn't know that the employees at igs were so irresponsible. I will not step into igs again, I will not shop. Let's be toxic about my money.
