The landscape work is extremely nice as the rector is also an agricultural biologist.

Iğdır University is the biggest and well-equipped faculty after the Faculty of Theology. There are various agricultural practices in the natural environment of the university.

Transport facilities are limited. Student travel fee is 5₺ departure and 5₺ return. It takes 2 hours for you to go and arrive, including waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I. Ü. Ziraat Fakültesi, oldukça zengin bir kadroya sahip. Başta laboratuvarlar ve uygulama alanları olarak da yeterli imkanlara sahip. Ancak Üniversite kampüsüne ulaşım konusunda (taşıma) sorun olduğu için lisans öğrencisi çok az. Ülkede tarim politikaları konusundaki mevcut sorunlar nedeniyle Fakulte'de yapılan araştırma sonuçları çiftçiye yansıtılamamaktadır. Yani tarımla ilgili kurumlarla yeterince koordinasyon ve isbirligi sağlanamadığı için üreticiyle de yeterli irtibat saglanamamaktadır.
I.U. Faculty of Agriculture has a very rich staff. It also has sufficient facilities, especially in terms of laboratories and application areas. However, there are very few undergraduate students as there is a problem in transportation to the University campus. Due to the current problems in agricultural policies in the country, the results of the research conducted at the Faculty cannot be reflected to the farmer. In other words, since sufficient coordination and cooperation with the institutions related to agriculture cannot be achieved, sufficient contact with the producer cannot be established.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şehrin dışında ve taşlık bir alanda kurulmuş. Iğdırda o kadar uygun alan varken niçin buranın tercih edilmesini anlayamadım.
It was established outside the city and on a stony area. I could not understand why this place was preferred when there are so many suitable areas in Iğdır.
