Very nice clean comfortable place... convenient for waiting... it has a fairly good cafe and some local jewelry as well ....

Clean, spacious terminal. Great fully staff knew english. Very easy to do all the shopping and hop on a ferry to your destination. Ideal location

Whether you are tired of driving or just hopping to the other side. The ferry has plenty of seats, fast and scenic.

Smooth ride and very organized when it comes to seatings. Car parking is ok but a bit messy when you leave the ferry by car.

We used it to go to bursa for skiing. Nice ride and fast. The view is sentimental ❤️❤️

I loved this trip, we were going from istanbul to uludag for ski trip and the van driver took the ferry. It’s ver fast and peaceful. The people are nice, the cafeteria food was good. We bought some Simit from the guy at the port and we fed the seagulls. We loved the view and the experience.

we were late for our trip 7.45 pm, but it was an opportunity to learn about the quality of the service provided and the professionalism of the site's workers in their different locations. The station supervisor welcomed us warmly. In English and a little Turkish, We tried to explain that we missed the ferry , so he helped us change our three tickets to the next trip and guided us to the customer service by phone, which was a surprise to us in the level of ease, kindness and patience that ended up changing the tickets by phone and for free (only 2 tl to issue the ticket). Also, the station is really not lacking in anything from food shops, coffee shops, clean bathrooms, and most importantly of all this noticeable cheerfulness, although it is the end of the day and after working hard all day, but the welcome is as it is .. I thank the respected supervisor, ticket staff and customer service. They are the reason who contributed a lot to making this trip still enjoyable. ?
