Definitely do not trust friends took my money to sell the full hotel and then canceled themselves. They didn't pay my money. they sent us a receipt filled with a handful and then they do not care that we sent because they are trying to defraud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berbat 1 yildizi bile haketmiyor. Rezarvasyonu ben otele gottikten 1 gun sonra otele bildirdiler. Kesinlikle güvenilmez otelde kalmadigim halde paramin tamamini iade etmediler.
It doesn't even deserve a terrible star. They reported the reservation to the hotel 1 day after I arrived at the hotel. They certainly did not refund my full money, although I did not stay at the unreliable hotel.

I paid for the ankara sheraton iotel from this agency and made an early reservation, they officially disgraced us. First they said you don't have a hotel reservation, then we stayed somehow. The next day, the hotel demanded payment by saying that the agency did not make the payment.

A trustworthy company. We could not go to the hotel during the pandemic period, they refunded our money after a reasonable time. Afterwards, I made reservations from this company all the time and I have not encountered any problems so far. Thanks.
