I bought a bed from Idastan 1 year ago, the bed collapsed. I went to the dealer and reported it. I mean, we sold the mattress, it came out of us. I said, do you want to do what you do next? I said, no, we are not interested in the service part. They said, until you sell the mattress, there is such a warranty replacement, etc. No customer satisfaction until everything is sold.
