Ibrahimbey Mosque

The mosque has a plan dome with large domes covering the front of the mihrab and smaller domes covering the two side spaces. In the southern section of a small courtyard, the mosque has a five-arched last congregation place in the northern section and a minaret in the northwest corner. Harim consists of a main room in the middle and side spaces of equal size on two sides. The side spaces were separated from the middle space by a pointed arch and covered with a dome. Transitions to the dome were provided with pendants. The pendants were built with cut stones and the domes with bricks. A light hole was drilled into the upper section of the main dome pendants. There are eight niches on the walls of the harim. There is a semi-circular mihrab in the middle of the south wall. The entrance of the minaret, built on a five-sided base, opens to the last congregation. The middle section of the last five-compartment congregation is covered by a vaulted vault with a north - south direction and two chambers on both sides with a small dome resting on the pendantives. The interior and exterior walls are covered with hewn stone and have survived to the present day. According to the inscription on the entrance door of this mosque in Kozluk district of Batman, the mosque was built by Ibrahim Bey, son of Murtaza from Garzan tribe in 1705. The minaret of the mosque is built on a five-sided pedestal and has a fine art value and subtle elegance. In addition, the minaret was built as a double path. One of these roads has 100 steps and the other one has 99 steps.

The building, whose interior and exterior walls are covered with cut stone, has survived to the present day.
