★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very clean. The service was lacking sometimes and some of the employees talked about some unnecessary topics. Also there are no balconies or terrace, which is also a minus point for me. Ibis has to learn a lot from the turkish hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, kind, friendly staff. Service provided by all staff is good. Tasty dishes from menu for ordering. But morning breakfast buffet line wasn't changed during our being there for four days.
Hotel needs restoration. Shabby painted walls. The ventilation is very dirty and hasn't been cleaned for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overnight stay. The room was fine, the breakfast was very poor offering for Turkish standards.
The 1 star is mainly coming from the insane exchange rate applied by this hotel. The reservation was made in Euro from Accor. The payment in hotel was made in Lira, and the hotel applied a 25% exchange rate commission. Not worth to be in business with such practices.
We don't recommend this hotel.
