ibis Gaziantep

I enjoyed staying at Ibis Gaziantep. Staff was helpful, room was clean. The hotel is located very close by the Old Town. I really reccomend this hotel

I have really enjoyed the cleanliness and quality of the hotel so far. Staff is very kind, respectful and friendly. Reception is unbelievably professional. Breakfast is quite satisfying. I deeply enjoyed the morning coffee. Room fares are reasonable. Highly recommended.

It was really good experience, the rooms are clean, disinfected regularly. Staff are very friendly, especially Mr. Sergan at the reception desk, he is very cool, helpful, professional and smiling all the time, we were planning to stay for 2 nights but we stayed 10 nights more because it is the best value for money you could find in the town. Breakfast is good. Food is very good and affordable. Rooms service is very good, fast, responsive and professionals. Rooms are basic, you get one soap bar, shampoo, fresh towels, coffes, tea, water, if you need toothpaste, shave kit, etc.. you need to ask the reception. They got nice garden. We were really satisfied and we will definitely come back again. Finally i would like to thank all the hotel's staff in general and Mr Sergan in particular for his extraordinary professionalism and friendly attitude, and thanks to the hotel management in for thier hard work and good service.

I liked my staying in this hotel. it is my 3rd time & the 2nd in a week. The style of the hotel can be known as it is a global chain. it is economy in my opinion more suitable for business stays. I stayed there for one-night stay on my way further. Rooms are small, barely enough to move & sleep. Furniture is clean. Everything is well calculated & just enough for a brief stay. I recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately I can't say about my visit as good experience like other as the first impression is last for good, I walked in late to the hotel around 11:30PM, front office a young guy with moderate English which is fine, I tried to hummer him and asked for late check out as it almost pass midnight and I wanna get some extra sleep after long driving, much I negotiate the price so he reduce 80TL which describe the semple breakfast cost, anyhow I won't eat so it was fine, but when question the late check out he was refering to the room fees 333 through calculator, and reject my request to check out by 1PM, and when he charged me he charge 333.77 so I argued why extra. 0.77 ( it's not the value it's the behavior and reply), do some technical issues with merchant the card was demined, when I asked what is going on he replied my card has no money, I asked to try again, same so he said you can go to the city center and get a hotel for less than 100TL, the gentleman kicked me out, I shocked for bad behavior and I was extremely tired to make a complain, so I asked to try again, and the card went through, yet he did not apologize or explain himself.. @hotel_manger trust I will not come again and that is exactly what happened, I return to the cuty but I went another hotel where they welcome me in and provide welcoming fruits basket. @ibiz #ibiz #CustomerRelations #CustomerServicr #front_desk #hotelier

The hotel was very close to museums, cultural and gastronomic locations. We booked two rooms and the hotel arranged us two neighbor rooms with a door connecting them. The rooms were clean
