★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2015 yılından beri i20 aracımızın bakımını Ferhat Plazada yaptırıyorum ilgi alaka güler yüzlü personelleri ve kaliteli işçilikten çok memnunum. Aracın garantisi bitmesine rağmen servisi tercih ediyorum. Ferhat Plaza çalışanı Sinan bey ve Suat bey e ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum.
Yukarıda ki memnuniyet yorumum taki aracımı satmaya karar verince son bulmuştur. Daha önce 2 kez kazaya karışıp tamir işlemlerini Ferhat oto da yaptırdım. Hasar almayan 3 parçaya benden habersiz boya yapmaları nedeniyle aracımı satarken zor durumda kalıp gelen müşteri ile tartışmama ve aracımın değer kaybetmesine neden olmuştur.
 I have been maintaining our i20 vehicle in Ferhat Plaza since 2015, and I am very pleased with the friendly staff and quality workmanship. I prefer the service even though the vehicle's warranty has expired. I would like to thank Mr. Sinan and Mr. Suat, employees of Ferhat Plaza, for their interest.
My satisfaction above ended when I decided to sell my vehicle in my comment. I was involved in an accident 2 times before and had the repairs done at Ferhat Oto. Due to the fact that they painted 3 undamaged parts without my knowledge, I had a difficult time selling my vehicle and it caused me to argue with the customer and my vehicle lost value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arıza olan parçayı söyleyip yaklaşık maliyet bile vermiyorlar. Aracı gösterecekmişiz yaptırmazsak 150 ti para alacaklarmış. Farklı illerde bile malzeme ve işçilik fiyatları değişiyor nasıl ortalama fiyat verilmez. Para almak için resmen tezgah kuruyorlar yazık.
They don't even tell you the faulty part and give an approximate cost. We were going to show the car, if we didn't get it done, they would take 150 ti money. Even in different provinces, material and labor prices are changing, so the average price is not given. It's a shame they are officially setting up a counter to get money.

Hello everyone, first of all, thanks to the service workers who took care of my vehicle and put on my cruise control without saying lunch break, I called the Eskişehir and kutahya hyundai services because my location is close to Eskişehir. I called the plaza and of course it was possible, they asked for the chassis number and the next day, the speed fix came and they invited me to the service, they immediately assembled and delivered it without saying the lunch break, thanks again to all the service staff

It is in the first place among Hyundai dealers. Friendly and relevant dealer personnel will guide you correctly in your selection. The owners of the company are very good people, we had the opportunity to meet during the shopping. I would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devlet kurumu gibi bir yer. Kimse ilgilenmiyor. Ortada arabaları tek başımıza gezdik. Soru sormak istersek hanımefendinin ayağına masaya kadar gittik. Hyundai müşteri hizmetlerinin 380 dediği anahtar teslim fiyatına 470 diyorlar. Saçma sapan bir ortam, asla tavsiye etmem.
It's like a government agency. Nobody take care. In the middle, we drove the cars alone. If we wanted to ask a question, we went to the lady's feet to the table. Hyundai customer service says 380 for turnkey price, they say 470. It's a ridiculous environment, I would never recommend it.
