Araba satana kadar güleryüzlü hizmet, sonrasında muhatap bulamazsınız. 3 sene önce araç satın aldım mtv'yı yıl sonu topluca kendilerinin ödeyeceğini söylediler. Dünyanın parasını verip araba alıyoruz 3 kuruş mtv'yi mi ödemeyeceğiz. 3 sene sonra vergi borcu ve bir sürü gecikme faizi geldi. İşin tuhafı muhatap olup açıklama yapan da yok. Telefonlara çikmıyorlar. Bizim mtv parası bir yerlere gitmiş demek ki.
Friendly service until you sell the car, then you will not find an interlocutor. I bought a vehicle 3 years ago and they said that they will pay for the mtv at the end of the year. Сервис ни о чем, меня просто бортанули. Пригнал машинку на ремонт по гарантийному случаю. Дилер просто сказал: случай не Гарантийный, т. к. автомобиль куплен не в Турции. Хотя на всех сайтах пишут про Международную гарантию. Я не рекомендую обращаться к этому официалу.
Service is about nothing, they just kicked me. Drove the car for repairs on a warranty case. The dealer simply said: the case is not covered by the Warranty, because the car was not purchased in Turkey. Although on all sites they write about the International Guarantee. I do not recommend contacting this official.

Обслуживание авто на ТО в Мерсине. Автосалон и сервис Hundai Mitsubishi. Привез машину на сервис для ТО на пробеге 105000. Дополнительно замена масла и фильтров в коробке передач CVT. Заранее купио масло, которое мне было надо, в том числе и для коробки CVT, потому как уже выяснил, что в сервисе льют масло только для автоматической коробки. Причем у мастеров не вызвало удивления, что тип коробки другой и для CVT требуется масло иной вязкости. Предварительно выяснял есть ли все необходимые фильтры и другие расходники. Всё есть, мне говорили... Машину взяли в работу в 14:30. В 17:00 мне звонят, что говорят фильтры не подходят. Прихожу, прошу посмотреть фильтры, показывают салонный и воздушный фильтры, старый и новый - идентичные ?‍♂. В чем дело? Говорят - не подходит фильтр масла в коробке и они его уже отправили обратно в магазин. При этом не снимали поддон картера CVT. Просят оставить машину для разбора коробки и заказа нового фильтра. Ладно... Оставил. Прошло 4 дня, звонят, говорят что все получилось. Окей. Выясняю у менджера и мастера: что вы делали?... Оказалось, что фильтра тонкой очистки масла CVT, по их мнению нет на модели моей машины, хотя это конечно не так. Прокладку поддона коробки CVT не поменяли. Почему?? Потому что "с ней нет проблем" - был ответ... но ведь это положено делать! "Не волнуйся" - сказали мне. В итоге заменено: масло в ДВС+фильтр, масло в CVT+1 фильтр из 2, воздушный фильтр, салонный фильтр. Так и не сказали, все ли в порядке с подвесками, в порядке ли свечи, доливали ли жидкости, какова емкость аккумулятора и т.д.... Оценили работу в 2800 тл. с моими маслами. Я так и не понял, делали ли они остальные регламентные работы, которые должны быть на этом пробеге, потому что перевод на турецкий язык через гугл занял бы еще час или более... И в завешение истории: я забрал машину, желая поскорее покинуть мастерскую, не осмотрев салон. Утром на заднем сидении были замечены грязные следы от маленьких собачьих лап и на спинке и на задней полке... ? Разговоры с менеджером не привели ни к какому результату. Говорят, что помыли машину и отдали ее мне. Занавес. Я в шоке! И это официальный салон марок Хундай и Митсубиши.

The gasket of the CVT box pan was not changed. Why?? Because "there are no problems with her" - was the answer ... but this is supposed to be done! “Don't worry,” they told me. As a result, the following was replaced: oil in the internal combustion engine + filter, oil in CVT + 1 filter out of 2, air filter, cabin filter. They did not say whether everything was in order with the suspensions, whether the candles were in order, whether liquids were topped up, what is the capacity of the battery, etc. ... The work was estimated at 2800 tl. with my oils. I still didn't understand if they were doing the rest of the routine maintenance that should be on this run, because the translation into Turkish through Google would take another hour or more ... And to close the story: I took the car, wanting to leave the workshop as soon as possible without examining the salon. In the morning, in the back seat, dirty marks from small dog paws were noticed both on the back and on the rear shelf ... ? Conversations with the manager did not lead to any result. They say that they washed the car and gave it to me. Curtain. I'm shocked! And this is the official salon of the Hyundai and Mitsubishi brands.
