★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Köy havasında bir mahalle. Sessiz sakin çocukların neşeli sesinden başka ses yok. Tabiki denizin büyüleyici sesini unutmamak lazım. Manzarasi muhteşem.
A neighborhood with a village mood. There is no sound other than the cheerful voice of quiet children. Of course, one should not forget the enchanting sound of the sea. The view is magnificent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Binalar öyle yerleştirilmiş ki, site denize sıfır olduğu halde denizi görmek için baya çaba harcamanız lazım. Çünkü binaların yan tarafları denize dönük Yapan müteahhiti tebrik etmek lazım. Ayrıca Alaplı belediyesine değil, Kılçak köyüne bağlılarmış, ondan dolayı bazı hizmetlerden mahrum kalıyorlar. Kılçak köyü de Alaplı'nın içinde sayılır ama belediyeye bağlı değilmiş, köylü vergiden kaçıp bağlanmak istemiyormuş. Ama belediye su veriyor, çöplerini topluyormuş. Burası Türkiye olur böyle şeyler, artık şaşırmıyorum ya, vazgeçtim mücadeleden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evvel zamanında sene 90 ların başı müteahhit Celil Uzun'un dayısı eski bakan ve kabineden Osman Pepe önderliğinde yapılan bir siteydi.İyi umutlar vaad etmesine rağmen çoğunluğu hatta ev sahiplerinin büyük oranının yurtdışında olmasından dolayı (halk arası almancı tabir edilen) çok dikiş tutmadı. Çünkü kendileri ne kiraya verdiler nede bu sitede oturdular. Yatırım amaçlı ve yazları arasıra geldiklerinden çok revaç görmeyen bir site oldu..O yıllarda bu siteden ev alıp daha yerini bilmeyen almancıya da şahit olmuştum seneler önce.. Gel zaman git zaman yine 90 lar da bu sitenin aşağısına Elf benzin istasyonu açılmıştır. Yine eskiden tam girişinde Gülsoy düğün salonu vardı. Aradan 30 sene geçmesine rağmen belki daha fazla bu sitede gi birşey değişmemiş ne yazıkki...

In those years, I had witnessed a German who bought a house from this site and did not know its location years ago. In the 90s, the Elf gas station was opened below this site. Again, there used to be the Gülsoy wedding hall just at the entrance. Although 30 years have passed, maybe nothing has changed more like this site ...
