I had a wedding dress made here. They said they would do the same wedding dress and could not do it. My time wasted. My right is not halal. It's not worth a penny. The most deceitful people I have ever seen in my life, they said that we wanted a custom made wedding dress, we went to the rehearsal 4 times, and the wedding dress did not come on the 4th time. On my 5th visit, they wore a wedding dress 2 sizes larger. 2 weeks before my wedding, they rehearsed a week later, the wedding dress was still big, it was damaged by narrowing the whole model and pulling it up. Since the wedding dress was not adjusted according to the length, there was a small tear on the edge of the wedding dress. They asked for 400 TL on it. Once, people who did not call for the rehearsal called 2-3 times to ask for money. I'm not halal for a gram, the wedding dress cut my shoulders and made a wound. My biggest regret is….

I rented my henna dress from here. I regret a thousand times that I rented. They took my measurements and brought a completely different dress a few days after the rehearsal date. On top of that, even though they took my measurements, the other color dress they brought was too loose. They say you lost weight, you don't remember your dress was this color etc. Thank God I took a photo and I was able to prove it. When you first go as a customer, they are very interested, very friendly, and after paying the money, they are not so careless. They humiliated me. They were able to finish and rehearse 1 day before the condemnation. It's hard on that too. The back of my henna dress they made does not close, the arms are very narrow, the wound is gone, I passed them all, they are still trying to get to the top, they have nothing to do with customer satisfaction, on the contrary, they treat you as if you are wrong. As you can see, my right is not halal, I told them to their faces. If you don't want to ruin your most special day, don't pass by this place.
