It is a company that you have to be careful while doing business. When renting/selling a house, they don't look at you, they don't care after they sign a contract for the things they say "we will do, we will take care of". E.g; A month later, I learned that the house I hired because it had a parking garage did not have a parking lot, of course, no one was interested. When I sat down, they did not care about the missing things in the house, and they asked me for money while handing over the house. I should have taken a picture of what was missing. They sent their "so-called" masters for some damage and charged a fee, I had the same procedure done for half the price. In short, I recommend avoiding it as much as possible.
