Ürünümü kargodan geri çektirtip 1 hafta sonra gönderecek kadar anlayışlı yaklaşımları oldu. Kendilerine teşekkür ederim.

Adam 1 yıldız vermiş firma sonrasında destek olmak istemiş hem desteği kabul etmemiş hem yorumunu silmemiş. bu kadar art niyetli olmayın ayıptır o yaptığınız yorumlar bazen firma satışlarını etkileyebilir. piyasada bu kadar işini kötü yapan firma varken bu firmaların kıymetini bilmek gerekiyor.
I've been buying dates from this site for a long time. The guys are really doing their job very well, packaging, shipping speed, and after-sales support. The man gave 1 star and wanted to support after the company, he did not accept the support and did not delete his comment. Do not be so abusive, it is a shame that your comments can sometimes affect the sales of the company. While there are companies in the market that do so badly, it is necessary to know the value of these companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerçekten esnaflık ahlakına sahip çok iyi bir firma. Ben 2. kez web üzerinden sipariş verdim. Akşam 17:00'dan sonra sipariş vermeme rağmen ürünlerin kargoya verildiğini gördüm. Ertesi sabah teslimat şubesine ulaştığı ve üzerinde görseldeki gibi soğuk zincir..vs yazmasına rağmen kargo firması ne bildirimde bulundu, ne de teslimat yaptı. Siparişimi kendim aldım. Neyseki ürün paketlemesi çok profesyoneldi(ürünler web sitesinde anlatıldığı gibi strafor kutu içinde buz kalıbı ile birlikte jelatinlenmiş durumdaydı) ve bu yüzden zayi olmamıştı. Ürünlerin lezzetine ve kalitesine diyebileceğim en ufak bir olumsuzluk yok. Bu duyarlı ve dürüst firmaya ödediğim her kuruşu helal ediyorum.

Despite the fact that it reached the delivery branch the next morning and it was written on it as cold chain, etc., the cargo company neither notified nor delivered. I took my order myself. Fortunately, the product packaging was very professional (the products were gelatinized in a styrofoam box with an ice tray as described on the website) and so it was not lost. There is not the slightest negative that I can say about the taste and quality of the products. I give halal every penny I pay to this sensitive and honest company.
