Telefondaki bayan müsait olup olmadığımı sorun müsaitim dersem öyle bilgi alın diye sert bir konuşma yaptı ve telefonu yüzüme kapattı. Telefonda müşterilerine bu şekilde davranan bir işletme sahibinin orada bir sorun yaşadığınızda size nasıl bir tavır takınacağını düşünün. Bundan sonraki süreçte asla bu işletmeye gitmem kimseninde SORUN YAŞAMAMASI adına gitmesini TAVSİYE ETMEM.
I called for a reservation on 25 September. A lady who owns the business said I wanted to get information on the phone. Her style was not worthy of an operator. The problem of whether I'm available to the lady on the phone if I say I'm available so she gave a tough speech and closed the phone to my face. Think about how a business owner who treats his customers in this way over the phone will react to you when you have a problem there. I would NEVER RECOMMEND that I would never go to this business in the future.
