The only place to eat hummus in Turkey. I came from Ankara to eat Orhan master's humus. Unchanging flavor for years.

The hummus is excellent. With olive oil, butter, whatever you want. Especially the pickles are excellent. You drank your tea on top of it, everything is ok. The famous hummus player of Tarsus is Orhan Usta. I recommend it with olive oil, it is both light and delicious.
