On 25.09.2021, I bought a HMLPERRINE ZIP COAT brand black coat from HUMMEL located in the shopping mall named Bursa As Merkez Outlet. The first time I used it, it had a white t-shirt inside. When I went to the store to return the product, they said that they could not return it because it was a used product, and they would send it for inspection. When you take a dry cloth in your hand and paint the cloth, they decided to reject the return request on the grounds that there was no problem with the product as a result of the inspection. Although it was said that they would be informed by phone or sms that the coat had arrived after the return, they took it to the warehouse without informing that the coat had arrived. Presumably, they took such a procedure to pass the objection period to the arbitral tribunal. There can be no such a disgraceful sales mentality. This is literally fraud. I will use all my legal rights. Your right to make people mess with it.
