★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Üniversite erkek öğrenci yurdu. Öğrencilerin çoğu yabancı öğrenci. Yurt ülke geneline göre çok fazla lüks. Odalar 4 kişilik ve içerisinde çalışma odası dolap komidin üst değiştirme kabini, kitaplıklar oda içerisinde mevcut. 4 asansör mevcut. Her koridor da ortak kullanım wc ve banyo abdestlik mevcut. Konferans salonu, spor salonu, mescit, futbol sahası, kütüphane mevcut. 7/24 sıcak su mevcut. Yemeklerde gayet güzel.
University dormitory for boys. Most of the students are foreign students. The dormitory is too much luxury compared to the country in general. The rooms are for 4 people and there are study rooms, wardrobes, bedside tables, changing cabinets, bookshelves in the room. There are 4 elevators. In each corridor, there is common use wc and bathroom ablution. There is a conference hall, gym, mosque, football field, library. 24/7 hot water is available. It is fine in food.

The price is very affordable. Its location is also very close to Marmara and GTU's campus. The facilities are very good for the price.
