The worst bank I have seen in terms of customer satisfaction, there is always a problem while doing even a very small task, we are kept waiting unnecessarily, we are having difficulties, please put a check on this situation.

I have been working with HSBC for years. They handle all my transactions very quickly and with interest. They asked for the lowest interest rate for the loan applications I made for the first house I bought. Also, their mobile applications are great.
I am very satisfied with all their services.
