To this company to have my vehicle repaired I delivered it on 02 December 2021 (Thursday). Despite the fact that I have been calling for my vehicle for days, not to mention the fact that there is no answer today (06 December 2021), he insisted that there was an expense of 10500 TL as a result of my calls. I definitely don't do it, I'll ask other services about the price and situation, I said wait and took a taxi to the company. I also had a tow truck and a master from another service come. When I went to the company, my vehicle was not there, he said that he took it to his other service, which he claimed to be his brother. We went to that service together and the owner of the service did not have a brother, he brought my vehicle to this service on 04 December 2021 (Saturday) and they agreed on 6500 TL. He gave me a price of 10500 TL, which is the cost of parts and labor in the picture, and he had my vehicle repaired without my approval. Necessary legal remedies will be sought.
