I was really surprised when I delivered my computer, which I left to the HP authorized service, before the specified day. They repaired my computer quickly and gave it away. They even installed an antivirus program, I swear I was very happy to see it.

Their communication with the customer is great. Technical service personnel are knowledgeable professional. They fixed the problem on my hp laptop, which had a slowdown problem, and delivered it at the time they said.
