★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11 bloktan oluşan bir site. Genelde akademisyenler veya belli bir eğitim seviyesine ulaşmış insanlar ikamet ediyor burada. Genel aidatı biraz pahalı. Yüzme havuzu ve diğer sosyal imkanlar mevcut olunca bu aidat makul karşılanıyor. Eksileri biraz sapa bir yerde kalıyor. Diğer eksisi ise bloklar birbirine çok yakın olduğu için fazla güneş alamıyor birçok daire. Bu da insanın içini sıkıyor .
 A site consisting of 11 blocks. In general, academics or people who have reached a certain level of education are residing here. The general fee was a bit expensive. This dues are acceptable when there are swimming pools and other social facilities available. Cons a bit stuck somewhere. The other downside is the many apartments where you can't get much sun because the blocks are too close together. That makes you feel boring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nezih ve temiz bir siteydi aslinda. Yonetim sık sık degisiyor. son bir yıldır havuzla ilgili sıkıntılar yasaniyor. 4-5 bayan calisan degisti galiba. Havuz surekli kapanıyor cesitli sebeplerden dolayi. Son yonetim kış aylarinda tamamen kapansin diye teklif sundu. Her gecen gun daha da bakimsizlasiyor. Bir de buna gece yarilarina kadar suren calgili asker ugurlamalari-kına geceleri eklendi evlere şenlik.
It was nice and clean. My management changes frequently. pool problems have been experienced for the last year. Looks like 4-5 ladies have changed. The pool is constantly closing for various reasons. The last administration offered to close it completely during the winter months. Every day, it gets more and more neglected. Also added to this was the nighttime of the concerned soldiers' henna-henna nights added to the festivities.

It is a clean and decent site, but the security part is weak, everyone can enter by waving their hands and when an extra guest comes, flats are called and no information is given, but there is no connection.
