★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 sene önce müteahiti Hotto inşaat olan,cumhuriyet mh. cumhuriyet apartmanından bir daire aldım.Muhattabımız Mustafa Yarmacı Bey'in 3 ay 5 ay sonra iskan alacağım sözlerine güvendik fakat 2 sene oldu hala iskan alınmadığı gibi MESKİ ye olan borcu yüzünden Mersinin göbeğinde 5 gündür 12 daireli çoluıklu çocuklu bir bina SUSUZ..Size sorarım bu havalarda 5 gün 12 haneli bir bina nasıl keyfi bir şekilde susuz bırakılır.Bumu Hotto İnşaatın iş ahlakı kalite anlayışı.....?
2 years ago, the contractor was Hotto construction, republic mh. I bought a flat from the republic apartment. How to leave a 12-digit building arbitrarily dehydrated for 5 days in the weather.

Dış görkemine aldanmayın. Çok kalitesiz ve işçilik sıfır. Ağustos 2019’unda girişteki asma tavan komple çöktü. Çocukların orada olmaması büyük şanstı. İşçilik rezalet ve güvenli değil. Üstelik de gereksiz şekilde pahalı. Hiç tavsiye etmem.

Don't be fooled by its outer glory. Very poor quality and workmanship is zero. In August 2019, the suspended ceiling at the entrance collapsed completely. It was a great chance that the children were not there. Workmanship is disgraceful and unsafe. Moreover, it is unnecessarily expensive. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
