Ürünü 29 Ekim 2021 tarihinde satın almıştım, gönderilen ürün defolu olarak gönderildi, müşteri hizmetlerini arayıp değişim yapılmasını rica ettim (gerçekten çok kibar bir şekilde saygınlığımı koruyarak defalarca aradım ve konuştum tabi onlarda güzelce geri dönüş yaptılar ve sıfır kutu ayakkabı göndereceklerini söylediler) bugün yani 11 Kasım günü yeni kargom geldi, ne yazık ki üründe değişim olmamış aynı ürün tekrardan gönderilmiş (kutunun üstüne çizik atmıştım kutuyu bile değiştirmemişler) yarın ürünün iadesini yapacağım, böyle kalite olan bir markanın defolu ürün gönderiyor olması üzücü, artık bu markadan alışveriş yapmayacağım.
