HOTEL SİDE SU

We stayed in Side Su hotel in July 2021 and we are surprised how god it was there. Everyone were so kind, the food was tasty, they were cleaning the room every day, checking the water quality in pools, so overal expirience is 5/5.

Very fine restaurant on top of the building, pleasant room, kind service. On the other hand WIFI is very, very slow. Hotel beach is fine, but lacks space. Loud in rooms - from pool bard and hotel nearby. Strangely lots of information are in german.

To begin with, I just came from my vacation, and this Hotel is one of the best I have been. This Hotel provides everything you need to relax and enjoy in a beautiful of Side. The location is perfect, near the beach and near the beautiful old town. Food is excellent, very various and even vegetarians can enjoy their meals. Stuff are very polite and always available. Special attencion I would like to give to the poll bartender Sabri, who is the most polite of them and wonderfull person, always smiled, ready to make you perfect cocktail. He has even remembered what we usualy order and we had our drinks always perfectly made. We realy want to thank him for everything. Realy great experience in this hotel, we will be back for sure.

We were in the hotel on August 14-25 this year. I found my stay very enjoyable, even we didn’t want to leave. Room and bathroom clean, although a slight refreshment could be nice. Food tasty both in the restaurant and outside bar (pasta and burgers). Service of the entire hotel for 5+ ??? At one of the pools there is a bar with all inclusive drinks. I especially recommend SU SPETZIAL ? Sabri serves there - very nice and great English speaking ? He definitely improved our stay through his friendly attitude and many nice conversations about Turkey and more. Close to the shop and the beaches where the hotel has its own sector with free sunbeds. I think we will come back to Side Su ?

It was my first all inclusive hotel experience. Although there are some downsides, overall it's a value hotel. The staff was absolutely polite and hardworking. But the hotel check-in experience was not very good. The staff at the reception (probably the chef) is not professional enough in communication. Hotel location is not bad. 10 minutes walk from the beach, almost near to the Side city center. There is a private beach, with shower and sun loungers. The sea is fine. But in crowded times it can be difficult to find a place on the beach. Food is monotonous. I'm not very picky, it was generally delicious. But meatballs and meat dishes do not contain beef. Turkey meat is served under the name of Beef. The restaurant is on the terrace, too crowded at meal times and not enough space! Or you may have to eat outside at noon in 40 degrees Celsius. I think the food safety is also not very good, I had negative situation twice. As for the events, there were 2 events in the hotel during our holiday. Although we did not have such expectations, it was moderate. But worst of all, it was the person who organized the playlists. While the guests who are in the area for the event want to dance and wait for a beautiful song, this person thought he was doing a good thing by playing arabesque Turkish songs. Overall not bad, not great either, but I don't think I'll come again.

Really enjoyed my stay here, friendly staff and great clientele. Good location, and facilities, would recommend to anyone on a budget. Excellent all inclusive Hotel.

No more. Have to by carefully because from reception start fraud. Give us number not what we are booked. Small and very bed smell from the WC. I ask to change , they change to " better" number, yes was bigger but poor, see pictures.bedroom was fine . Food was good, but restaurant to small for big hotel to many guests, crowded, specially dinner time, sometimes no free table. Not comfortable especially with Covid restrictions. Location of hotel is good .
