It was a nice hotel..however the cleaning ladies took a really.long time to clean the room and this wasnt done properly. It was somewhere around 5pm till the room was cleaned. Normally this should be done on the morning. But the staff was very friendly and we more than enjoyed our time there

First time in Turkey this place was amazing

Great stuff, really dedicated service. Hotel itself is more like 4 stars: bit older rooms, amenities not as good as some other 5* hotels. Food is OK, but mostly same every day, except for the special Turkish night. Beach is located some 300 meters from hotel and quite narrow, so it can be overcrowded in some period of the day. Most of the guests are German and everything is set for their needs, including fact that stuff spraks and understands German better, and also animations, etc. Russian might work as well and English - really depend on the individual basis. The meals, snacks and beverage are served in the limited time slots, so pay attention. On the bright side, hotel is very clean, and stuff is there for your needs.

The hotel overall is very nice. Most of staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. I wasn’t happy with the room and it was changed within minutes. Most staff speaks English, German and a bit Russian. Can’t comment on day animation as didn’t participate, but evenings were entertaining and we didn’t get bored in 11days. Rooms reasonably spacious, minibar gets filled daily, if you run out, just ask. Food is good but after 11 days was a bit boring due to similarities every day. But no one would walk hungry. Hotel has two a la carte, we never went as had enough in the main restaurant. Cocktails from lobby bar can be taken to the room, which was nice sometimes. Own sandy beach in about three minutes walk. The reason I will never return to this hotel, is a beach. Very small, even though there were always plenty of sun beds empty, you still feel like in a can of sardines, also too many women sunbathing topless, which was a bit of shock for a child. Beach restaurant was really nice too, from lunch time there were always snacks and fruits, and lovely grassed area with extra sun beds. In this hotel I’ve never seen really drunk and disgusting guests, maybe because majority of the guests are mature people. There were about ten kids in the hotel at all. Beautiful pool with lots of sun beds, always snacks and fruits available. The team tries very hard to satisfy all guests wishes. Manager is very efficient and reacts before you ask. I would especially mention Sultan, Piñar and Muammer on the reception, nothing was too much trouble for them. They made us feel special every single day. And barman Hakki is just perfect, always smiling and very creative. I would more than recommend this hotel to the people who are not too much bothered with the beach. Big disappointment was that you have to pay for changing beach towels, unacceptable for 5 stars.

Very happy with the hotel and the sevice. Beach bar staff was great! Unhappy about german guests always being more important then everybody else, it was actually a bit difficult to comunicate in any other language.

It is my 2 time in this hotel, we like it!!! Everything were perfect!!! Food, service and pool!!! But animation team is best one!! Madina, Mehmet thank you for you guys. I hope we will come back!!!

a great place if you want to relax your mind and body. every time you leave your room, you feel the friendly atmosphere from the working staff of this hotel. you have questions ? They will answer you and offer several solutions. cleanliness every day. in your free time you do not have to think what to do, you only need to leave the room. I want to say a special thank you to the employee Madina, as she won my attention from the very beginning, and is always open for conversation. it is not only convenient, but also pleasant as a human being, when a person with good intentions and with full knowledge of his work communicates with you. and even more respect to Mehmet for his responsiveness and resourcefulness, every time he approached us, we found a common topic for conversation, and his face was tired of laughter .my trip to Turkey was the first and I am happy that this hotel and this staff was the beginning of my journey.
