Hotel Side Star Elegance

We are staying at the hotel were I have celebrated my birthday. The staff and service were excellent and gave me a day to remember (helped by my daughter in law) Champagne in the room then birthday cake delivered with singing and clapping. Brilliant thank you

Everything was brilliant. Nice room with sea view. Maids came everyday clean towels beds made daily fully stocked minibar. Hotel is quite big and takes some getting used to get around. Food was plentiful but same chicken fish or meats most evenings.no salmon tuna or steak from the grill but was still ok. Staff very friendly and always topping your drinks up. Entertainment was average. Arcade and ten pin bowling was a bonus. Would definitely go back but not in summer as I think it would get too busy off peak is more relaxing. Weather was a bonus around 21c in feb half term however quite a lot if rain last coupe of days. One more thing maybe staff could learn a little more basic English .

Really lovely hotel all inclusive excellent 24hour food and drinks available. Rooms comfortable would benefit from some English TV especially in winter when weather wasn't great. Cleaners excellent clean towels every day and room always spotlessly clean along with the mini bar top up daily. All the staff in the hotel go out of there way to make sure your stay is enjoyable a special mention to Yusef in the guest relations who always had time to have a chat and a lovely smile and the bar staff who work so hard highly recommend this hotel

Sauna massage great. Not the cheapest but excellent. Food brilliant . Cater for all tastes almost 20hrs a day food available. We went all inclusive glad we did. Great bunch.

This was my third time in this beautiful hotel. The facilities are wonderful, the staff welcoming and friendly, bar staff attentive and always remember what you drink. The food is definitely a big plus, the variety and quality is wonderful. The A la Carte restaurants are very popular, and rightly so.Cheesecake delicious ? I will definitely be returning again very soon.

Arrived 2 nights ago, staying for 2 weeks. The hotel is absolutely amazing, they really have thought of everything. The service is perfect, the staff are super friendly. The food is delicious and the branded drinks are actually the real deal!! anything you want is available 24/7. The rooms are lovely, very comfortable beds, you even get a choice in pillows. Even though its out of season they still have evening entertainment which is a nice touch. Very honest people, my friend lost he's phone ( After a few drinks ?) and one of the staff handed it to reception. Can not thank them enough!! we are staying in room 1607 which overlooks the pool and is central to everything. I can see this being an amazing couple weeks and am already looking to book for next year ?

The nicest hotel I have stayed in for a long time. The staff could not be more helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The food is plentiful and you'll easily find something to your liking. Lots of bars to try out; we like the Duden bar. Lots of different pools, including an indoor . Met so many people here that will be long term friends. Our room is very comfortable and ideally located. I could go on and on. I like it here.

Nice hotel. Not a five star but definitely a four star. Food was good, most staff were nice but there were exceptions. Nice pools and good access to side old town. Side old town is amazing, the ruins of the old Roman city are stunning, just beware the locals who try to show you around, they are only looking for money.
