Hotel Side Star Beach

Excellent service, kindly people, delicious food, great location, one of the best hotels I have ever been, I am looking forward to back once again, cheers from Poland

Fantastic hotel and lovely friendly staff

Beautiful hotel, very clean, good food and very helpful staff.

Good food. Functional Corona concept. Nice overall location, clean. AC. Generally friendly service. Directly next to the beach. Good entertainment programm throughout the week. Only negative point. Waiters expect a lot of tip otherwise you do not get served anymore.

:. Location, its on the beach and a shorts walk into Side center. The food was ok, as always you get a bit tired of the sll inclusive variation in a couple of days, but good quality of the food. Nice serviceminded Staff. You never had to wait for service , they were very fast to meet your every need i a second and always with a smile... exept from the reception staff who where a bit grumpy.. Cons: The hotel is a bit whorne down. The room where Clean but everything feels old and. I would say its a three star accomodation. The beds are terryble, very hard.. we got a soft top... but still very hard . And pillows same thing , hard... Big noisy restaurant with no table outside in range of the food. The big pool wasnt heated, just one smaller one. So once Again a 3 star hotell with good location.

Lovely hotel and amazing food great location also thanks to Mert Viktoriya and Yunus the entertainment staff lovely young people who really made our holiday special we will definitely be back to this hotel xx

The staff is wonderful! Friendly, professional and very helpful. All inclusive is a great deal. Location basically right by the beach. You hear the waves crashing at the shore.

I cannot relate to some of the overwhelming comments made here on Google. My feedback after a one-week stay in March: + the majority of staff is very friendly and guest-oriented + the food was quite good and ambiguous. The best in years- with a new chef on board - I have been told. - not children-friendly: no kids entertainment or supplies; kids playground was blocked - we have been continuously bothered by massage guy, entertainment guys, tattoo guy and others. Sorry, but I prefer to decide by myself how I would like to enjoy my vacation. - the hotel is quite commercialized: you find a tattoo stand, a cheap-stuff market, a glasses stand and two jewelry stores. It makes the place look trashy. - some employees were unfriendly or privilege other guests over you (might be regulars or pay more tips) - not only the pool was not usable during our stay, also the maintenance works were quite loud - spa (except swimming pool) has weird opening hours; billiard and other games cost money - mini-bar or tea was only sporadically filled up Make up you own mind!
