Angefangen bei dem „essen“ welches katastrophal geschmeckt hat & es wurde immer das Essen vom vor Tag serviert. Dazu kommt, dass teilweise Maden im Essen waren!!! Außerdem hatten wir auch dieses Draht (von den Draht Schwämmen) im Essen !!! Die schlagen bei der essensausgabe waren endlos lang, es war keine Struktur! Es war dreckig, niemand hat sich um die Hygiene gekümmert (Vorallem zu Corona Zeiten) Die Sonnenschirme lagen auf dem Boden, die liegen waren dreckig. Die Hotelzimmer wurden nicht gesäubert. Jeden Tag bin ich mich beschweren gegangen bei dem Personal damit endlich mal aufgeräumt wird und mal gewischt wird! Am 4 oder 5 Tag wurde dann mal „sauber“ gemacht. Wir haben keine Handtücher bekommen, die Mülleimer wurden nicht gesäubert GARNICHTS! Das Personal selber sagt, dass der Hotel Besitzer kein Personal einstellen möchte, da es dann extra kosten für ihn wären! Das Personal sagt nachdem man sich trotzdem noch HÖFLICH beschwert hat, dass man dann einfach das Hotel verlassen soll wenn es einem nicht passt!!! Nie nie nie wieder würde ich hier hin kommen nicht einmal wenn man es mir umsonst geben würde oder schenken würde! So ein dreckiges und unmögliches Hotel habe ich noch nie gesehen!!! Ich will jeden anderen dieses Geschehen ersparen! Das war kein Urlaub sondern purer Horror. Zudem waren sind wir alle krank nachhause gekommen, mit Fieber Durchfall und anderen Symptomen aufgrund der dreckigen Hygiene!!! Geld zum Fenster herausgeschmissen und Nerven am Ende!! Nicht mal eine ein Sterne Bewertung wäre hier angemessen! !!! NEVER AGAIN IF IT WAS FREE !!! I stayed at this hotel with my family of four. NEVER AGAIN! Starting with the "food" which tasted catastrophic & the food from the day before was always served. In addition, maggots were sometimes in the food! We also had this wire (from the wire sponges) in our food! The beats at the food distribution were endless, there was no structure! It was dirty, nobody took care of the hygiene (especially during Corona times) The umbrellas were on the floor, the ones were dirty. The hotel rooms were not cleaned. Every day I went to complain to the staff so that they finally cleaned up and wiped! On the 4th or 5th day it was "cleaned". We didn't get any towels, the garbage cans weren't cleaned NOTHING! The staff themselves say that the hotel owner does not want to hire staff because it would then cost him extra! The staff says after you have politely complained that you should just leave the hotel if you don't like it! Never, never, never again would I come here, not even if you gave it to me for free or would give it to me as a present! I've never seen such a dirty and impossible hotel! I want to spare everyone else this incident! That wasn't a vacation, it was pure horror. In addition, we all came home sick, with a fever, diarrhea and other symptoms due to the dirty hygiene! Money thrown out the window and nerves at the end! Not even a one star rating would be appropriate here!

The worst Hotel hostel I've ever stayed in, in short, the disgraceful rooms don't run water. You have to go down to the reception 3-4 times during the day and say this, the water comes, then the hot water problem starts, nothing is done for cleaning, no towels, no shampoo, no lights in the corridors, and many problems that I can't count to anyone. I do not suggest...!

We went down to increase the water continuously and demanded that the water increases after half an hour, but the hot water is low. We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was not cleaned at all. There was a shortage of towels.
