Hotel Primera

Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel room very clean and clean towels ECT everyday. Food we found was ok..not to everyone's choice but always options to eat..lovely salads and plenty to choose..quiet location but easy to stroll into harbour and town aprox 10 mins. Relaxing atmosphere..if you want lively it's not for you! Would defiantly recommend it is a 3 star and that's what you get but worth it.

The only good thing is free parking. You don't need to try there meal ... every Day the same and it tastes like nothing. The rooms are ok and clean. Have to walk about 25 min to a good beach (Cleopatra beach) and don't go to there beach ( I think it was Palm beach) it is worst beach in the whole country. The service is very unfriendly.

the hotel is clean, the staff is ok, though some seem to make the job boring. Good food but a little tasteless. Food repeats from day to day with very little change, but quite good. Swimming pool, among others. a water slide. Overall, the hotel can be recommended.

Great location, and good pool area. OK staff, one quite rude and we were told no drinks if we didn't bring dishes back, haven't had that before where the guests have to clean the pool area. Ofc one can be helpful but not when told in a rude way. Rest of staff was good! Rooms are worn down, and Falling apart. Got only 2 towels, we booked to three. Cleaning is average, but rooms are huge and free ac. Wiev was towards a Roof with dirty underwear.. 4 of us got a bad stomach and threw up, not sure if from the food. Butter was sour and had mold.. Otherwise quite OK food for the price! Guests are allowed to smoke at the pool area, in my opinion terrible.. Should be limited to the bar, when there's kids around and all. WiFi worked OK for some. VERY LOUD at night, guests come and go and the guy working in the reception at night talks or sings all night...and other guests or whoever it was. And it echoes to the first floor. Impossible to sleep. But, you get what you pay for and it was cheap so overall not too bad. Wouldn't recommend if anyone pays more that €400 for a week.. With food included!

The only thing not average about this hotel is the staff. They are really friendly and extremely helpful. Everything else is average, hence the price and the number of stars this hotel carries (three). The buffet is pretty much the same every day. The swimming pool area is too small for the number of residents (you can use the free shuttle bus to the beach as a compensation). And lastly the WiFi is poor. You have to be lucky to stay connected.

This is a nice little friendly hotel in quite a good location, like most of these places there are good and not so good opinions, firstly I will say that this hotel is very clean in general with our room being cleaned and new towels etc every day,the other areas are also clean including the swimming pool and dinning areas as well. The cleaning staff are lovely and quite happy to help you in any way if possible. Reception staff are pleasant and always willing to chat and resolve any issues that may arise. There is a nice little shop that sells the usual holiday fare and are very reasonably priced, Getting a drink is not a problem and you are certainly not limited to tiny minuscule cups ,these are used on the self service machines ie for water and squash etc only,if you are served at the bar you get a decent size glass. Now a few minus points,our room was very basic which I dont have too much of a problem with but we seemed to have been given a room which they must use when they have run out of space or something as it was on the ground floor directly next to the room that the staff use for the laundry and storing of all the cleaning equipment etc,it had the tiniest balcony area that I've ever come across and unlike the rest of the balconies it wasn't painted properly and looked neglected,in fact when you stood out there directly to your left there were washing lines with clean sheets etc that had been put there by the cleaning staff next door. The other area that could be improved is the food,whilst I'm aware that they must be working within a fairly tight budget more choice is definitely required as on a few occasions when we got there there wasn't really anything other than salad that we could eat as most of the cooked dishes had been emptied by the first lot of customers, most of the waiting staff could do with a lesson in manners as their attitude was disinterested at best unfortunately. Saying all of that I would be quite happy to go there again as the good points definitely outweigh the bad but would ask for an upper room so we would have a nice balcony area to sit out on.

After just leaving 17/06/19 the hotel here is my honest review. Staff are lovely and will do anything for you if your nice to them and not rude like some guest are. The rooms are good beds are comfortable and have air con which gets the room cold. The pool area is lovely small but nice the slide is only on for 2 hours a day which is a bit pointless. I wouldn't say there is enough sun beds but your also told not to put towels down eventhough people did and nothing was done about it. Entertainment THERE IS NONE. For families this is not the hotel there is absolutely nothing for children or adults come of an evening. They have a bus service to take you to the beach or you can walk it as it's not far 10 mins away. Food. Was not the best either. Overall would I go back unfortunately it be a no. I think there is a lot better hotels around. This hotel is a place for somewhere cheap and away from the nightlife but a place to get the sun. Clients was mainly Russian
