The family was very nice.
What I loved the most is that they woke us up for breakfast something I had never experienced my entire travelling life. They realised that we were running late for breakfast and they knocked at our door.
I loved my stay there.

Even giving one star is too much.
We make reservations and went there when they found we have children they refused us on our face. We shared every information on advance but again they did that to us. After traveling this long this is too unfair. The old man I don’t know if he is the owner was completely rude and disrespectful. I should not recommend this place for families with kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars for this hotel, this is one of the most pleasant hotels I’ve stayed at. It is family owned and very personal, the family actually treated us like family, and they spoke Turkish and English fluently. The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is very convenient, just a short 2-5 min walk to the travertines, and a short drive to other attractions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanest hotel I have ever been to! Kudos to this caring family run establishment. Accommodating and oh so considerate of their guests' comfort. Delicious breakfast. A/C and TV works terrific. Shower has great water pressure and just oh so clean. Couldn't be happier. THANK YOU HOTEL PAMUKKALE!
