Room is pretty clean, food is well served and the amount is ok. Staff is sometimes a litte bit too relaxed. Music till 23:00 and very loud. Our babys cant sleep well :-( Hotelpool is good, babypool a little bit to small. Beach is a very bad, stones everywhere.

We went 1 July and arrived 4am at the hotel with 3 kids under 5. Greeted with a brill smile and offered food for the kids. There were no other Brits in the resort. I mean none. Very few English speaking service staff, but we had no problems getting by and still using everything. They have three separate pools. A tiny pool in kids area where there is a kids club 2:30- 5 everyday. Was run by Sana when we were there and she and the team are brilliant. The kids area has a small playground too. A large pool in the middle where most of the action is including water games and music etc. And a slide pool with a fast and wide yellow slide and a blue curly slide. Slides were on 10-12 and 2-4:30. There seemed to be a shortage of pool chairs where there was shade, so with three kids we were always left with the couple of chairs near the sliding pool by the time we got down. Not a problem though except the toilet runs meant a longer walk. Beach was 5-10 mins walk down a private road but there was a free cart that would drive you down at break-neck speed every 5minites before 6pm. The beach had a private section blocked off for the hotel with loads of chairs free to use. Has a bar and food service there too with water and toilets. Loads of beach activity ongoing too. Room was clean and standard. All the expected facilities with TV, phone, shower and toilet fridge. Free water bottle daily. Air conditioning was good but the baby cot was right under it so we had to choose which to use. Cleaner was lovely. However, safe didn't work for us - we weren't too bothered. The food was buffet and very European centered. Lots of stews and casseroles. We were always starving by dinner time as breakfast was 8-10:30. Lunch 12-2. And dinner 7-9. So dinner was a little late for the kids but there are other food on offer at poolside and pastries in lobby or at the beach, these normally stop at around 5. Good range of fresh salad and loads of bread. Coffee and drinks all the time. I don't drink alcohol so can't comment on that. Evening entertainment was good with the theatre next to the pool. Had Brazilian dancers. kids dance club on the stage so parents could watch. 1001 Arabian nights show. World Cup played on the other nights. In the hotel -opposite buffet restaurant- there are a few shops with pool stuff and pharmaceutical stuff and clothes all reasonable prices. Same as anywhere else in Side. Gave it 4 star coz I wanted more Turkish food and more variety in cultural food in the buffet especially when waiting long time between meals. The pool chairs weren't always available. Our room was a squeeze with additional small bed for toddler and then cot bed for baby who were both under the air conditioning. So they both slept in our bed and other child in his single bed. It was a high standard hotel that was clean but it didn't have that "wow" factor that I associated with 5 star. Everything is charged in Euro s in Side and we had to calculate the exchange for Lira coz we got Lira instead... That was something u wish I knew before I went.

Pro’s: big rooms, friendly staff & nice swimming pool. Con’s: housekeeping took all money left in the room, probably assuming it was their tip (we did not left a note whatsoever); music goes on till 23:00, hard to fall asleep; staff does not speak English & failed to explain a la carte is on Mondays & Fridays only - also restaurants are closed depending on how many guests there are. Food is ok for a few days, but fails to surprise. Be prepared: Side area is very touristic with aggressive salesmen. Enjoy the resort, but don’t expect much more of it.

The hotel is quite spacious with well equipped rooms and great food. Swimming pool was always clean and the crew was always helpful althought they do not speak English at food level (they do in German and Russian).

Nice budget hotel located near the beginning of the long promenade to Side. Ideal for walkers. Friendly staff, excellent food & drinks. The territory is small but very clean. This hotel has its own beach in approx. 200m, and it's sandy. But you should expect some stones in the sea.

The hotel is clean, but for a 5 star hotel you expect a little bit more. For example the airconditioning in the lobby does not work. And it is too hot to relax there.
