Hotel Ney

Good location, cooperative staff, variety in breakfast !

I think so hotel ney is best, because was very clean, big rooms, best service and importantly Mrs Büşra that was hospitality ...tnx for every things... every things was excellent Again I will come to there...

On arrival we were greeted by 2 very nice young gentlemen who were very helpful. The hotel was ideally located for all the main attractions. Our room was very nice and very clean. Would use this hotel again as it had all we wanted.

Nice and clean place. Very friendly staff, specially Usman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was basic. Room was spacious and neat. Stayed for two days. I would recommend it to all.

The hotel was a hop, skip and longjump away from the Mosque and Meyhane Museum,close to shops and offered free parking. We had parked in a car park nearby, but the receptionist told us to move the vehicle to outside, as the main space was free. They have a free car park for guests. There was no kettle in the room, but, there was a help yourself area to tea, coffee and herbal teas on the ground floor, which we were told we were welcome to take our drinks up to our room as well. We were not charged for this. The room was a nice size, the, bathroom was fine, the water was hot as was the heating system, everything was clean and looked attractive. The reception lobby area was so beautifully dressed. Mostly though, for us, it was the sheer friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff. I think it is one of the friendliest hotels we have been to. Oh, and the breakfast was fine, a turkish breakfast, but, a choice of cereals which the grandchildren appreciated, fruit and even soup!
