Hotel marla suit

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in and believe me I am not abusing it. Nothing is wrong with this hotel !! A most unpleasant welcome because as soon as you arrive when you ask a question you are attacked. The disastrous room, it stinks of the smell of the toilets !!! it's horrible ... the air conditioning does not work at all it has never been changed since the construction and frankly outside it is much nicer than the inside of the room. The staff really talk to you like you're an enemy. You are not a customer there, but we really don't help you at all, but really not. I am shocked at how you can behave around people in this way but even animals are treated better than the guests of this hotel. Frankly if you want to regret your stay in Didim this is the ideal place !!! Absolutely to be avoided.

I stayed one night on 27.07.20021. The bathroom is simply a disgrace. It is old, not carefully cleaned, even the ventilation does not work. There are no lamps in the room, no refrigerator, only 5-6 year old children can use the pool. The food is delicious, but you can buy it by gram, there is not even water in the meal. Communication between employees is considered good. It's definitely not a quality hotel, it's outdated. Naturally, the quality of service can also be said to be old-fashioned and frivolous. Our last room seems to have stuck with it. It would be correct to pay another 100 ₺ and book a hotel by seeing it. Have a nice holiday.

It doesn't even deserve our discounted money. We definitely ran away. The bathrooms are terrible, the doors do not close. There is no shower cabin. While you are taking a shower, you wet the toilet bowl, the door and everything inside, it becomes a lake. The waters are even worse than sea water, they are extremely salty, they burn their eyes and even the teeth are not brushed. The springs of the beds sink into the back. There are no refrigerators and hair dryers in the rooms. They only give water at meal times, which means that the tap water you know is not even drinkable. As said in other comments, the owner of the hotel is not a nice sight to open his belly and walk around. The pool sees very little sun.

The hotel is normal in terms of price performance. We had made a reservation early in the winter. The price was normal, but when we went to the hotel, the person I thought was the owner of the hotel said that he fired the person I talked to during the reservation and said that he would lose these prices (150 lira per person per day half board), and the main avrat cursed the person he said he had fired. Afterwards, I felt as if the curses were on me. He is constantly walking around with his belly open. The bartenders look at everyone angrily, if you want anything, they don't come. The waiters are smiling. As for the hotel, it is 2-3 minutes walking distance from the sea. The rooms are spacious but definitely not cleaned. We stayed for five nights and cleaned the room ourselves. The water flowing from the fountains is salty anyway. There is a dispenser below for drinking water. It's not enough for the hotel because there is only one, it's like bath water in general. The food is good. Every day, there is a main course and 20 kinds of cold appetizers. You do not have the option to choose the food, but you can choose the appetizers. Personally, I would not choose this hotel again. If you want this place to be, book half board because we didn't see much difference between all inclusive and half board.

The moment we arrived it was obvious how bad the place was. When we inquired about the rooms we were told it was fine but when I went upstairs I was in shock. The surroundings were broken, the mattress was torn and it was not comfortable at all. When it comes to the bathroom, it's just AWFUL. Only in DIRT RUST. Not normal. Salt water is flowing from the tap, I guess they are so stingy that they have connected the water of the sea to the hotel. Rooms usually need cleaning when a new customer arrives. Even the mirror was not wiped, everywhere was stained. The bed linens are definitely old ones. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a mouse or something. Let's come to the receptionist, we decided to go without even staying at the hotel for 1 hour and the question they asked was what was the problem. It was such a perfect room that I didn't know what the problem was. When checking in, we were asked if you would like to pay now, so we said no, we would like it later. They probably make everyone pay in the first place so that they can't log out right away because no one can stay there voluntarily! All I can say is AWFUL!!! They say they have a hotel like this, it's very funny. If their hotel is like this, what does it take home? They're scumbags. It can't even be a 4 star hostel.

In a word, the hotel is filthy, the inside of the toilet bowl is black, we couldn't believe it, everything was filthy, the hair of the previous stayer was on the floor. The foot towel was used and stained. It is obvious that the hair on the bed has not been changed in the same way. There are not even slippers in the room, when asked, they gave it as if it was an extra thing. The worst is salt water flowing from the tap. Stop taking a shower, the face cannot be washed with that water. When we say it, they talk as if they are kidding, and they do not cancel the room we gave up as soon as we see it. The breakfast content is really like a joke of cheese olives eggs (poached in a nasty shell) tomatoes cucumbers. I won't even pass by, let alone come again, it's a shame!

We went to the hotel where we stayed in 2018 and were very satisfied, this year as a larger crowd. The first year we went, they just took over the hotel, so we were very happy, but this year they decided to hand over it, I think we left the hotel very dissatisfied. The team that cooks the dishes is great, although the variety is few, the food is really delicious. However, the rooms and the hotel are generally neglected, I can compare them more comfortably because we have 3 rooms. One of the toilets smells, the other one leaks constantly. The air conditioner works or does not work. The room was never cleaned in our 5-night stay. The owner of the hotel is constantly walking around with his belly open and sitting on the armchairs in the lobby at the entrance of the hotel and sticking his feet on the coffee table until the evening. The location of the hotel is good, the cooks are very good (in terms of taste), the garden is very good, but the rest is not worth anything. It would make sense to pay a little more or stay one night and plan a vacation in a better place. A hotel we will never visit again.
