But... no bottles of water in the rooms, no toiletries (other than soap), no kettle and tea-making things. Cranky lady at the front desk. A bit disappointing, actually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, mixed reviews from tour group, some beds soft, some hard, some rooms had views some didn't, fridge not cold , a/c Good. Has a swimming pool. Bed does not have top sheet just a thin blanket as cover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. We found no hooks to hang things;on the wall and missed some other functionality. The wifi was good but our aircon was old and loud and needed fixing during our time there. Quite a walk to get to the beach. We are glad to have stayed there in our first time in Kas but wouldn’t stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved this place fully. Breakfast is super delicious and has many options. The staff was very friendly. The hotel and room were very clean. The view was amazing. For people who hate walking uphill its only a 3 min walk but almost any tourist wouldn't mind such a thing. I recommend this hotel and room 201 to everyone! Thank you Linda staff.
